Buying Instructions

Paying by PayPal: Select "Paypal" if you wish to pay through your PayPal account or use PayPal to pay by credit card when signing up. Paypal registration is not required when paying by credit card. This gateway is not automated and activation may take up to 12 hours. Also subsequently, you will be required to pay manually according to your chosen billing cycle.

Paying by Check: Select "Check" as your payment option and send an email to our Billing Department (billing@karmamonkey.com) with your user name. We will email you with instructions on how to proceed with payment. Account will be activated only after receipt of your payment.

Other Notes

VERY IMPORTANT - Your Email Address: While registering you *MUST* ensure that the email address you enter will not be hosted with us. Doing so will make it impossible for us to communicate with you in the event of downtime. Additionally after registration you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you never receive such an email, write to sales@karmamonkey.com immediatedly with the username you registered with.

Domain Name: If you don't own a domain name, it is recommended that you create a third level domain (eg: mywebsite.karmamonkey.com) for yourself during the signup process. You can add a real domain to your Control Panel at a later time. When adding a domain during the registration process via the "Transfer Domain" option. The domain is not actually transfered to us. Only local DNS records are created for it. To actually transfer it to us, you must change your domain's name server records to point to ns3.karmamonkey.com and ns4.karmamonkey.com. To actually register or transfer a domain, you can visit domain.karmamonkey.com

Multiple Pay Terms: Customers may choose between a yearly, half-yearly or monthly pay term. It is strongly advised that customers who wish to pay by check choose a yearly pay term.
